- OCTOBER 22: Final date to submit Registration Form and payment – GNAAA meeting
- NOVEMBER 9: Paintings must be delivered to Waterfront River Pub, upper level between 10 am and 12 noon
- Jurying will take place between 12:30 and 2:30 pm
- Pick up of declined pieces, and optional Juror’s feedback: 2:30 to 4 pm
- NOVEMBER 14: 6 to 9 pm: Awards Reception Night Awards to be presented at 7:30 pm
- DECEMBER 14: Pick up of all paintings: 2 to 4 pm – collection of ballots for People’s Choice Award Notification of winner will be made by phone and/or email before Christmas.
- JANUARY 21/20 Presentation of People’s Choice Award.
